CHOPPED LIVER
¾ lb. beef liver, broiled
3 eggs, hard boiled
1 small onion, sauté until soft
2 Tbsp. chicken fat
1 tsp. salt
Grind liver once, then a second time grind liver with eggs and onions. Mix salt and chicken fat into
liver mixture. Add fat from sautéed onion until liver mixture is moist. Chill. Serve with crackers.
