6 eggs, beaten
5 liters of milk (1 and 1/4 gallons in American )
40 oz Tia Maria
40 oz White Rum
1 liter of vanilla ice cream (you can use as much as you like though - this is a pretty big recipe and I like it more milkshake thick so I use 4 liters instead)
Nutmeg to taste
Mix together milk, beaten eggs, Tia Maria, rum and softened ice cream. Stir periodically until ice cream is melted-ish and you have the consistency you want. Add nutmeg to taste, or sprinkle over individual servings. Keep chilled!
