Church Social Meatloaf

Church Social Meatloaf
2 pounds of ground beef
2 cups of cornbread crumbs
3/4 cup of minced onion
1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of horseradish
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of ketchup or thick tomato pulp
1 teaspoon of dried mustard

Mix all of the ingredients together and form into a loaf. Spread additional ketchup on top and
bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
