Ingredients:

8 saltine crackers, finely crushed
2 tbls mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Old Bay
1/4 tsp Worcestershire
1 egg, beaten
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 lb. fresh crab meat, drained
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbls butter

In a large bowl mix crackers, mayo, mustard, Old Bay, Worcestershire, egg, cayenne.

Stir in crab until mix is combined, but still chunky. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Sprinkle bread crumbs onto a plate. Shape mix into 4 small thick patties and coat completely with bread crumbs.

Melt butter in a skillet on med-high heat until just sizzling.

Cook crab cakes until golden brown, about 4 min on each side.

OPTIONAL:

Top with tarter sauce and serve on [Only admins are allowed to see this link] or slider rolls.
