Belvedere Hot Pomegranate Martini
1 small slice red chili, seeds removed
Dash simple syrup (Dissolve 1 part sugar in 1 part boiling water.
Let cool.)
2 oz. Belvedere pomaranzca vodka
½ oz. premium triple sec
¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
Orange slice for garnish
1 pink rose petal for garnish
Muddle the seeds and chili in a Boston glass with simple syrup.
Add the remaining ingredients, and shake with ice cubes. Strain
into a martini glass, and garnish with the orange slice and pink
rose petal.
