Sweet ‘N Sour Key Lime Pie Worth Stealing

Crust
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. icing sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 tbsp. melted butter

Combine crumbs, icing sugar, and cinnamon in 9 inch pie plate. Pour in butter and blend well. Pat mixture firmly to form crust. Chill 30 minutes or until firm. Preheat oven to 350 F.

Filling:
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
rind of 1 lime, finely grated
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)

Beat egg yolks. Slowly beat in milk, mixing well. Stir in rind and juice. Pour into prepared shell. Bake for 12 minutes or until barely set. Remove and cool. Serve at room temperature for the best flavor. Garnish with whipped cream and thinly sliced fresh lime.
