Hot Turkey Salad Empty
PostSubject: Hot Turkey Salad   Hot Turkey Salad EmptyNovember 17th 2010, 5:15 pm

2 cups chopped Turkey
2 cups Celery, sliced thin
1 cup sliced fresh Mushrooms
1 very small Onion, grated
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 cup Mayo (no substitute)
1/2 cup grated Cheddar
1 cup Bread crumbs

Mix all together except crumbs. Place in greased casserole.
Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes.
Substitute fake crab meat for turkey and hot pepper cheese for
cheddar. Also, can use chicken in place of turkey.
*I use real crab meat and monteray jack here in Oregon. It’s one
of Mother and Ruth’s favorites.
