Peppadew Poppers
Recipe courtesy of Bob Iacaovone from Cuvee.

10 peppadew peppers*
3 ounces goat cheese
10 slices serrano ham or prosciutto, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stuff each pepper with some goat cheese and then wrap each with prosciutto.
Bake in the oven until crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes. Serve warm.

Serves 4
* Peppadew peppers are pickled peppers from South Africa. They are sold in a
jar or in the olive bar section of your grocery store. They are about the size of
cherry tomatoes, bright red, sour, sweet, and spicy. They can also be found at
gourmet markets or online.
