Huckleberry Mojito

1 stem mint with leaves
1 heaping tablespoon huckleberries or blueberries
1/2 lime, juiced
2 ounces simple syrup
Crushed ice
2 to 3 ounces light rum
Club soda
Tear mint leaves and stem into little pieces. Place leaves, stem, berries, lime
juice, and simple syrup into a rocks glass and then muddle or crush for 20 to 30
seconds. Pour mixture into an 8-ounce tumbler and then top with crushed ice.
Add the rum and then top with soda. Garnish with any extra mint leaves and a
few berries.
