Ingredients:
1/2 pound lobster meat, chopped in 1/4 inch sizes
1/2 pound crab meat
1/2 pound sea scallops, chopped in 1/4 inch sizes
1/2 pound jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon old Bay Seafood seasoning
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup flax meal
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Dry sherry
Parmesan cheese






Directions:


1.Saute the scallops in butter and salt and pepper until transluscent. Add to the rest of the seafood into a large bowl.

2.Add mayonnaise, seafood seasoning and lemon juice to the seafood mixture. Sprinkle flaxmeal and heavy cream, along with a squirt of dry sherry to taste. Mix all together.

3.Put the mixture in a large casserole dish so that it sits approx. 2 inches deep. Sprinkle the casserole with Parmesan cheese.

4.Bake at 400 for about 35 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
