This is a light and easy fish recipe - the kingfish is marinated in a mixture of olive oil, sherry, onion and garlic, then it is broiled.

Ingredients:
1 pound kingfish, cut in very thin slices
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons sherry
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup onion, chopped

Directions:

1.Arrange fish in shallow pan, cover with remaining ingredients. Marinate 1 hour or more.

2.Remove fish from marinade. Broil 5" from source of heat until done.

3.Heat marinade and serve as a sauce.
