Lamb with Honey and Rosemary
Buy the thickest lamb chops available.
Serves 4
4 lamb chops
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 tbsp runny honey

Pierce the lamb chops using a sharp knife and insert small
pieces of rosemary. Put in a mixing bowl and spoon over
the honey, so that the chops are evenly coated.
Place the chops in a pan or on the barbecue and cook
until the meat is to your liking.

A hungry stomach seldoms scorns plain food.
