CHEESE FONDUE
1 clove garlic, split in half
1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
Salt & pepper, to taste
1½ to 2 cups dry white wine
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. light Bacardi rum
1 loaf French bread, toasted and cubed
Use fondue pan, add all ingredients except bread. Mix ingredients over heat until smooth and
creamy.
Serve hot and dip with bread.
