Buffalo Chips

1 cup margarine
1 cup shortening
2 cups brown sugar, packed
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups Post Toasties cereal
1 package chocolate chips, (6 ounce)
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped

Cream together margarine, shortening, brown sugar and granulated
sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift and add flour, baking powder
and baking soda. Mix in remaining ingredients. Use ice cream scoop
or 1/4−cup measure to drop − 6 cookies to a sheet. Bake 15 minutes
at 350 degrees. Serves 20.
