Beach Baby
2 oz. Bailey's Irish cream
½ oz. Captain Morgan Parrot Bay coconut rum
Splash cream
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Chocolate syrup for garnish
Shake the first three ingredients vigorously with ice until foamy.
Serve over ice in a rocks glass, and garnish with the cherry and
chocolate syrup for a rich taste.
