1 dozen hard-boiled eggs
Paprika
Mustard
Mayonnaise (you may use light if you are watching calories)
Relish (sweet)


Boil your eggs, peel them and cut them in halves. Scoop out the yolk and put into a mixing bowl. Add a
tablespoon of mustard, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of relish. Mix together until you have
a whipped

If you don't have relish sometimes a bit of sweet pickle juice will work Very Happy
