This may be served as a frappé:
1 ounce gin or brandy
1 ounce dark crème de cacao
2 ounces heavy cream
Pinch of nutmeg, for garnish
Shake the ingredients with ice and strain into a small cocktail
glass. Garnish with the nutmeg.
