3/4 c. butter
1 c. milk
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour

Warm butter & milk slowly until butter is melted. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with 1 tbsp. sugar.
Beat eggs and add cold water, 1/2 c. sugar, & salt. After beating in one large bowl, add milk & butter.
When lukewarm, add yeast & water and stir in flour. Batter will be lumpy. Refrigerate overnight. In the
morning, dump out on floured surface and roll in flour. Cut into 24 pieces and form into balls. Place in
greased cookie sheet and let rise until light. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes till golden brown. Very
