2 cups Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Eggs
1-1/2 cups Milk or heavy cream is what my mom always used
4 tbsp Shortening, melted


Mix Well. Bake as directed by waffle iron.
