Potsticker Dipping Sauce
Approximately 2 cups
1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 packages Sweet’N Low
1 teaspoon peeled and finely minced fresh ginger
1 green onion, finely sliced
Bring all the ingredients to a boil, except for the green onion. Turn off
the heat and allow the mixture to cool down. Add the slices of green onion.
Serve cold with potstickers.
