Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Heat butter and oil in a skillet. Stir in onion and garlic and cook tender.
2.Add shrimps and cook until pink making sure not to overcook. Stir in cinlantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.Serve shrimp with rice. Pour pan juices over shrimp.
