Cod and Onion Bake
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 pieces of cod or any white fish
1 large onion, peeled and sliced into separate
rings
3 sliced tomatoes

2 tsp capers
2 oz (50 g) butter


This is an easy dish to prepare that should take no more
than 5 minutes. Put the fish and onion into an
ovenproof dish with the butter, and bake for 20 minutes
on Gas Mark 5 (200 °C, 400 °F). Add the sliced
tomatoes and capers and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Serve with potatoes and fresh vegetables.
