Yield: 4 cups
Ingredients:
1 pound cream cheese
2/3 cup cottage cheese
8 ounces frozen tiny shrimp
3 tablespoons minced roasted and peeled red pepper
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Hungarian paprika, salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Combine cream cheese and cottage cheese in large bowl and beat until light and fluffy.
2.Fold in all remaining ingredients. Transfer dip to serving bowl.
3.Cover and chill until ready to serve.
