Yield: 4 cups
Ingredients:
1 pound raw shrimp
8 unces cream cheese
2 cups green onion, chopped fine
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, chopped
Directions:
1.Boil, peel and devein shrimp. Chop finely and set aside.
2.In a bowl, blend cream cheese with onion, celery, lemon juice, parsley, salt, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise.
3.Fold in chopped shrimp and refrigerate overnight.
