Poached Egg Empty
PostSubject: Poached Egg   Poached Egg EmptyJuly 29th 2011, 7:12 pm

Poached Egg
Ingredients
1 egg
Butter

Put a knob of butter in one of the poacher rings, when
melted add the egg and cook for about 4 minutes,
according to taste.
There is a more traditional way of poaching eggs:
boil some water in a saucepan. When the water is boiling
stir the water with a spoon and the having broken an
egg into a cup or mug slide it into the water. Cook gently
for 4 minutes. Remove the egg with a slotted spoon and
drain on kitchen towel. Serve on hot buttered toast.
