COUNTRY CLUB COOLER

1/2 teaspoon grenadine
2 ounces club soda
2 ounces dry vermouth
Ginger ale

1. Pour grenadine and club soda into a highball
glass.
2. Stir.
3. Fill glass with cracked ice.
4. Add dry vermouth.
5. Fill with ginger ale.
6. Garnish with lemon and orange peel spirals.
