Cabbage and ‘Shrooms
1 cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped fine
2 cups fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. sour cream
butter
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Steam cabbage for 5 minutes. Satue onion in butter, add mushrooms and saute another 5 minutes. Add cabbage and continue cooking until flavors blend. Just before serving stir in sour cream.
