Very Merry Baked Ribs
5 lbs. pork ribs
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
1 cup sweet red Vermouth

Preheat oven to 350F. Rub salt and pepper into ribs and place in baking pan.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Turn and bake another 30 minutes. Pour Vermouth over ribs, and bake uncovered for another hour, basting every
15 minutes.
